The prices listed below are for areas including:
Westchester, Putnam and lower Dutchess counties. If you are not in these areas, but are interested in our services please contact us.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer house calls in Connecticut at this time.
Dr. Walling can see your pet at her practice in Brewster NY for acupuncture, hospice consults and euthanasias.

At Home Euthanasia

You may arrange a home burial, it is your responsibility to check local laws.

Additional fee may be added for assistance to carry your large dog or for travel depending on urgency and distance.

Euthanasia for aggression or other behavior problems will only be considered with a recommendation from your regular veterinarian or a veterinary behaviorist that all other options have failed.

At Home Hospice and Palliative Care

Initial consultation $350, this includes a 1-2 hour in home visit for Dr. Walling to examine your pet and discuss hospice/palliative care. This also includes unlimited communications for 90 days.

Follow up consultations (frequency variable) $150.

Consults available weekdays 9am - 5 pm.

Quality of Life Assessment

$175 for 30-60 minutes. Dr. Walling offers a telehealth voice or video call to help you make end of life decisions about your pet. Including discussion of home care, what to expect regarding your pet's disease process, medication side effects, etc. We are unable to prescribe medications without an examination. If you decide to pursue a full hospice/palliative care consult the cost of this assessment will be discounted from the above fee.

Acupuncture - Dr. Walling is certified in Veterinary Medical Acupuncture

Aftercare Arrangements (through Final Gift)
*Private cremation - you receive your pets ashes back in a complimentary urn of your choice, your pet will be available for pick up at our location in Brewster, NY approximately a week after your appointment. See Resources page for complimentary urn selections.
*Communal cremation - your pet will be cremated with other pets and the ashes will be spread at the crematorium gardens.
